At the CCA, Navok has created a large-scale kinetic installation in the form an active work site, devoid of human presence, yet bustling with raw materials and aluminum rods heaped together, working. The work questions the connections between labor and creation, the role of design in the consumer production process, and the assimilation of the history of modernism in contemporary consumer culture.
